WOW, Shin Se Kyung wants to be called “a mother”

Recently, actress Shin Se Kyung has mentioned about becoming a mother.

In the episode of KBS 2’s Entertainment News that aired on March 31, Shin reveals that she wants to have the word “mother” as a modifier to her name.

When the reporter asks, “Do you want to have any other modifier to your name besides ‘an actress’?” Shin replies, “A mother. Well, I don’t think it’s happening at the moment, but probably ten years from now.”

She surprises viewers when she adds, “I hope my daughter will not take after my personality because my mother scares me whenever she says you’ll learn when you have a daughter just like you,” inspiring laughter.

The actress also confesses, “I guess I chose to act in whatever work I could in the past. Each piece was challenging but also rewarding because it was a time for me to learn and grow.”
